2019 Leadership Conference

November 2 - 3, 2019

Cedarbrook Lodge, Seatac

As per our discussion at the Annual Membership Meeting in Walla Walla, we will be resurrecting our Leadership Conference.  The objective of this conference is to:

  • develop and foster leadership for current and future leaders within the OPW
  • create a larger pool of effective leaders to improve and sustain succession
  •  better coordinate roles, and expectations within the organizational structure of the OPW
  • enhance camaraderie among leaders by collaborating jointly during the Leadership Conference

We would also like to announce that we have contracted with Bob Harris, CAE to facilitate these conversations.  Bob has presented to the AOA Presidents' Council, and was very well received.  The information that he provides is fundamental in effectively leading an organization such as the OPW.
