OPW Convention 2025

The State's premier optometric event offers 12 hours of in-person CE, networking opportunities at the Exhibit Hall, insightful workshops, association discussions at the Annual Membership Meeting (AMM), recognition of fellow O.D.s at the Awards Ceremony, and celebration of the profession at the Member Appreciation Party (MAP) featuring this year’s theme – EYE ♡ ROCK ‘N ROLL. Hotel Booking at Suncadia Resort

The OPW room block at Suncadia closed on Thursday, April 17. Any reservations are subject to hotel availability, which you can check using the information below.

Check on the Suncadia website by clicking here.
Call Suncadia's reservation department at 866-904-6300, and say, ‘I need to make a reservation.’ A reservation agent will then be able to assist you.

Does not include WOPAC contribution.
Members: dues must currently be in good standing.
Non-members: if previously a member, most recent dues must be in good standing.
The complimentary year is only valid from Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests must be emailed to opw@eyes.org no later than Friday, April 25, to receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. No cancellations will be granted after this date.
