We are a thriving practice with locations in Pasco and Kennewick Washington.

One of our doctors is retiring and we are looking to hire an associate to fill his shoes.

We are not looking for just anyone, but rather a doctor who can be a team member who can grow with us and matches our passion of creating life long relationships and making raving fans out of our patients while delivering eye care that is customized for each individual. Our staff is hired and rewarded based upon being team players, efficient, loyal to our passion, sincere, driven, fun and positive.

What we offer:•     A competitive base salary with an unlimited monthly bonus structure that is a fixed percentage of all money your patients generate for the practice.    •     Benefits including a retirement plan, vacation, continuing education and training stipend, license renewal, malpractice insurance, AOA, WOA, PECAA membership and more.   •     Weekday hours that are over at 5:00 pm-you get to enjoy your weekends!  Enjoy a four-day work week with 10 hour days, unless it's necessary to cover a sick or vacation day of a coworker.   •     Membership in the Tri-Cities Emergency Eye Care Association, meaning you are only on call 4-5 weeks per year.   •     A full scope practice with an emphasis on medical exams and the ability to practice your specialty.   •     Modern diagnostic equipment   •     A professional staff of pre-tester/scribes and optical technicians

Kennewick and Pasco are two of the Tri-Cities in eastern Washington.  The Tri-Cities are wrapped around the confluence of three rivers; the Columbia, the Snake and the Yakima Rivers.  Yet with all this water, the area averages 300 days of sunshine a year and only 8 inches of rain.  We are located almost equal distances from Spokane, Seattle and Portland.  It is a fast-growing environment with a diverse population.  In the Tri-Cities, you may have a farmer living on one side of you and a nuclear engineer living on the other. Forbes Magazine designated the Tri-Cities as the 11th geekiest community in America.  Kiplinger rated the Tri-Cities among the top 10 places in the nation to raise a family, and one of the 10 happiest places to retire.  MSN pegged the area as one of the top 10 places to start over.  Tri-Cities enjoys a low cost of living 3% below the national average and there is no state income tax. If this sounds like the sort of environment that you would enjoy, we would love to hear from you and set up a time to see if we are a match for one another.
