TBI: More can be done

The statistics are staggering. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), millions of visits annually to hospital emergency rooms relate to traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) whether from falls, car accidents and intentional or unintentional blows. Tragically, the CDC reports, about 150 people a day die from injuries that include TBIs.
